I was the subject matter expert (SME) for:

• Localization of webpages - created team documentation on process

• Website Analytics - managed reports on a monthly and quarterly basis. Built custom report templates and set up schedule to send reports to departments. Created documentation on how to interpret the results of each report.

• Cookie Compliance - attended meetings to stay up to date on frequent changes in regulations for website cookie placements.

Managed a portfolio of web pages that I worked with on regular basis to update content, remediate any compliance/accessibility errors.

My biggest takeaway:

I gained a wealth of information on Accessibility for web pages and their Quality Assurance protocols. I got to learn Azure Dev Ops (ADO) as a ticketing platform.

My biggest success:

I managed the website refresh for one of their largest department pages, Global Diversity & Inclusion. Working with stakeholders to update images that were inclusive, implemented the latest Microsoft Design Guidelines, color pallet update, all new content, updating copydocs and maintaining version control.
