Web Producer at Sesame Communications

During my time at Sesame Communications, I managed/producer over 175 websites for Dentists and Orthodontist. Below is one of the Pediatric sites I managed from 2015. My starting point was leading a design kick-off call with the doctor to review logo and any branding that they had. From there we would discuss their market demographics and what they wanted the site to do for them. We had a very strict timeline and scope to maintain for these projects.

What I learned:

This was my intro into the world of project management, I had my design background but all of the previous jobs were customer service. Initially, I was eager to deliver more than they expected but I learned quickly how important scope management was. I am grateful that it was a lesson learned early in my PM history.

My biggest success:

We had monthly metrics to meet for website launches. They varied month to month, but occasionally had stretch goals. I reached every monthly goal while I was working there.
